Selection Criteria
Qualifications and Experience The position requires the following;
§
Demonstrated experience in providing a wide range of administrative services, preferably
in a complex service environment, including attending to public enquiries.
§
Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
§
Knowledge of the Quikkids application (Child Care software)
§
Minimum two year experience in office environment.
§
Current Driver’s Licence
§
Extensive understanding of Commonwealth funding guidelines in relation to out of school
hours care programs

Demonstrated developed organisation and administration skills:
§
Support the implementation of service delivery plans and budgets
§
Operate systems and procedures to manage human, physical and financial resources
§
Support the implementation of change and improvement initiatives

Demonstrated well developed interpersonal and communication skills:
§
Use communication technology effectively and efficiently
§
Establish and develop client networks
§
Negotiate and resolve conflict
